Easy cheap way to split the bed?

Question

So my friend and I are renting an extremely small apartment together, it has 1 queen bed (that's literally all it has room for, picture an extremely small motel room). We have been friends for like 8-ish years, and it doesn't bother us to share a bed.  I have my own pillows and he has his own pillows, I have my own blanket and he has his. I sleep next to the wall and he sleeps on the edge... Kinda. I usually wake up with him taking up at least 2/3 of the bed, or a knee in my back or ***. It's getting really irritating. What's a good way to keep us on our own sides of the bed at night?

I don't think there is a way really. The only way I can see it is to ask the landlord to take away the Queen bed and get bunk beds? At least you will both have your own space this way :) And... obviously a lot more comfort for you :) And... bunk beds will not take up as much space as the Queen bed !

Well, I think i would tickle his willie until he wakes up. Believe me, when he wakes up to that, he will never ever stray to your side of the bed. It would be easy, but it must be done.
