Solve this equation for largest possible whole number?

I am working out a packing system where panels are packed on pallets. One type of panel is used in 2 different assembled units. Unit 1 uses 3 of these panels and unit 2 uses 4. Units are assembled in batches of 60, thus 180 panels for unit 3 and 240 panels for unit 2. What is the largest packed batch size for a pallet so that there will be no remainder of loose panels after assembly regardless of which unit is assembled?

I know 60 works well but I am interested to know if there is a larger number that will also work as the larger the batch size the lower my overall long term costs work out to

    As you have noted, if you assemble a batch of Unit 1, you will use 180 panels,

    and if you assemble a batch of Unit 2, you will use 240 panels.

    The difference between these is 60.

    Your requirements boil down to wanting a packed batch size for the panels which divides any possible difference in the number of panels used in two different assembly processes. Since 60 is a possible difference, no number larger than 60 can satisfy that requirement.

    You really did all the math yourself; I just restated the description a little to make the solution apparent.
