Whats going on.......Is it me?

I am a scorpio female and I met a scorpio male. This was a meet and greet. We had a couple of conversations over the phone before we meet however I noticed that the guy would get MIA on me alot. Our conversations would never be complete... with him being in a hurry stating that he needs to call me back and don't or I will text and he wouldn't respond until later, so we made plans to hook up and yes I stood him up like three times because of this bizarre behavior of his. He confronted me about it and as I stated above I told him why I didn't fall through with our plans of meeting because of his MIA tendencies. This guy had a way to turn things around on me which he did that night when he made me feel bad for standing him up even though I felt like I had good reasons to so yes...I gave in and let him come over to my house and why did I do that. OMG he was the best that I had sexually the guy got it going on and that's putting it lightly after wards he just held me through the night until the next morning. That's when the games beginned. He continue to go MIA but at this point I am wanting some more and he knew this...he even told me that he want me to pursue him now because I stood him up...he would play with my emotions by not answering his texts then he would respond by stating how he wants me to give into him and so forth. Now I know this is a waist of my time. However, I can't let go what is the damn problem?
