This is not a sleeping disorder. Your circadian rhythm is just a little off. There are a few ways to readjust yourself to what is considered a normal cycle.

When I have had trouble with my rhythm, I have forced myself to stay up through the next day, only allowing myself to go to bed at a reasonable hour; say about 9pm. By doing this, I was able to reset my rhythm and get back on a normal day / night cycle. It can stress your body a little so keep that in mind before attempting such a thing.

Another way is to change the time you go to bed every day over a week or so. You say you have been going to sleep at about 5am. Instead, trying going to bed at 6am or 7am, staying up just a little longer each day till you have been able to adjust your cycle to regular times.

Yet another way would be to start exercising. Yes, really. If you get in a good workout some time during the day, you are more likely to feel naturally tired earlier, therefore instead of falling asleep at 5am, you may fall asleep at 2 or 3am and over time, your cycle will naturally readjust itself.

Some people will recommend drugs like Diphenhydramine, but I recommend the natural way. Drugs that induce sleep often leave you groggy the next day and you can form a dependency on them.

    Best Wishes.
