Okay! Before you guys say anything about eye infections, i already know that, so if you must warn me, i already know. I just want to ask if some of you have done it before. It was a problem since I ran out of solution, but my mum got me some the next day, and I immediately put my contacts in solution. So guys, can i still wear it? If you're gonna say throw it away, i cant because i cant get them easily, and its so damn expensive. And plus, they can be used for 1 year and they're just new. Help! I've started doing butt workouts, usually squats, recently. And I was wondering how long should I wait and keep working out to see results. Its my 2nd day, and I feel like my butt is getting big! Haha, i know it takes days, but i just feel like it! :) By the way, thanks in advance for answering!!

So me and my boyfriend are planning to be a fitness couple, so we were thinking of signing up to join a gym. However, I used to normally do boxing but I stopped for a few months, and I was thinking of getting back on track. So lets say I do boxing on mondays and thursdays. And go to the gym with my bf on tuesday or fridays. Is it bad? I dont want to have so much muscles, but I just really want to have a lean and toned body. Thank you :)

I have a treadmill and was thinking of running everyday. Im planning to start on monday. Im in school so I'll try to wake up early and run for atleast 10-15 minutes a day and control my diet. So.. Can I get fit in 3-4weeks time? Im not that fat, but im also not that skinny. I just want to have a toned body. (Im 14 if that helps).. Thank you! I always go to bed at 5 or so am. And then wake up at 2 pm. And then everyday, it goes on and on like that, and I cant control it. I read that spicy foods affects your normal sleeping pattern is that true? Do i even have sleeping disorder? How can I get rid of it? School starts very soon and I dont know how to sleep properly..

Hi guys, I'll go to a new school next month and I wanted to lose some weight. Im not overweight tho, Im just somewhere in the middle. I cant go to the gym and I dont have any gym equipments :( Do you guys know some easy exercises? Maybe a youtube video would help? Oh, and I dont really mind on how much weight Im gonna lose, I just want to notice some difference on my body. Last question: Is it bad to exercise every day? Or it should be every other day? I love how it sounds, but I dont know how to add vibrato to my voice.. Does it come out naturally? Or you do something to make it sound like your adding vibrato to your voice? I can do it sometimes, but I cant control it..

Guys please help! Im excited and nervous at the same time because Im moving to a new school this July. I still have time to calm down and think about what to say to people..
