Ford doesn't have power windows?

I don't know if anyone has tried this--I bought a ford van which doesn't have power windows. I am disabled on my left side and cranking a window is almost impossible. What I would like to do is get a 12 volt reversible motor and hook it somehow to the gear where the crank handle is. Even if I had to screw it to the outside of the door would be ok. It would have to be a slow rpm motor and powerful enough to crank the window up and down. Has anyone run into any of these type of motors. Any help would be appreciated. This is an older van and getting the proper crank isn't available, plus I probably wouldn't be able to instal it.

Update:

Thanks Micheal, now where can I get an extension cord about 20 miles long "cheap"????

must be broke.... Does the motor nonetheless make noise? If confident than there is extra advantageous than in all hazard a chew broke interior the song, my 02 has performed that. there's a plastic piece on mine that attaches the glass to the motor's trolley. If no longer then it might desire to be the swap is undesirable, the window motor is undesirable or there's a broken twine. attempt the swap first.
