MKV files having random colors.?

When ever I download Mkv files the video always has random colors appearing during the video. Is it a problem with my computer, file, or how it download?

    If you try playing the file before it's done downloading that'll happen.

    If it happens to all MKV files, it's probably a problem with the video player or your graphics card settings.
