    the ratio of c to b is c/b

    is given that

    3c = 7a, so

    c = 7a/3

    is also given that

    2a = 5b

    which means

    5b = 2a

    b = 2a/5

    so the ratio

    c/b = ( 7a/3)/(2a/5) = ( 7a/3)(5/2a) = 35/6

    2a = 5b

    a = (5/2)b

    3c = 7a

    3c = 7((5/2)b

    3c = (35/2)b

    c = (35/6)b
