In a 2008 movie titled 'Lazarus Project" three men make a robbery. Police come and there is a shooting. Two thieves and one cop are killed. The third thief is sentenced to death and executed two years later.

My question: it is possible that the third thief has been sentenced to the death penalty even if he didn't touch any weapon? Even if they were in Texas?

The delay of 15 years is due to the fact that I do not like movies with paranormal content, but after reading the great reviews on IMDb I decided to watch it, just last night.

And I loved it, especially the twist at the end of the film.

But there is one thing I really did not understand. If the child was frightened by the ghosts he saw, then how is it possible that when he meets for the first time the psychologist in the church then he should speak to him normally?

When the child sees dead people the temperature drops, but with the psychologist this does not happen.

Moreover, all the ghosts seen by the child retain traces of their violent death (blood, wounds, scars, ...), while the psychologist does not.

Did I miss something or are these licenses narrative of the director?

Avevo 18 anni quando ho rifiutato il servizio di leva, perchè la mia coscienza non mi consentiva di andare ad imparare come si ammazzano altre persone.

Era il 1976 e rischiai quasi Gaeta se non fosse stato per il rinvio per motivi di studi durante il quale fu emanata una norma che permetteva di sostituire il servizio militare con il servizio civile (18 mesi).

Una legge speciale per combattere criminalità organizzata, rapine, corruzione, evasione fiscale e contributiva etc etc

Con la collaborazione delle banche, i commercianti avrebbero meno spese per POS, i correntisti spenderebbero meno perchè sarebbero di più

Certo, è chiaro che una normativa del genere deve prevedere fior di garanzie per l'accesso ai conti; è anche chiaro che chi delinque cercherebbe il modo di continuare a farlo... ma perlomeno lo Stato gli metterebbe qualche bastoncino tra le ruote :)

La mia domanda è questa: esistono motivi legali, finanziari, economici etc che impediscono un provvedimento di questo tipo?
