Atheists: Wouldn't Jesus be the biggest hoax in all of history...?
Let me consider that atheists are correct for a moment: that there is no God and Jesus was not the Son of God. Based on this, wouldn't the resurrection of Jesus be the biggest hoax in history if it was untrue?
(I'm not saying this to prove anything. I am fully aware that just because x amount of people believe in something, does not make it true.)

I could make a story where Santa Clause died and was reborn, but that doesn't make it true either.
To answer your question, the resurrection of Jesus is untrue. As for it being the biggest hoax, I'm not sure. There are plenty of things in history that we have found to be untrue, although the resurrection may be the silliest of them all.

>How did the atheists around Jesus' time enable human beings to manufacture the lies approximately him resurrecting or appearing miracles? form of an identical way that the atheists in classical cases allowed peopel to manufacture the lies approximately Zeus, Hades, Poseidon, Hera, Prometheus and so on appearing miracles. >till it became into real? enable me see right here. on the only hand, perhaps some bronze age peasants have been fallacious. on the different hand, perhaps magic is actual. Yeah...I nevertheless think of i'm gonna bypass with the 1st one. >Wasn't there a era the place the Christians have been famous, burned, fed to lions, and so on.? >and then christianity became common, and then they sought out the atheists instead. Yeah, particularly lots. of course, this does not exchange the certainty that christianity is supposedly approximately love, tolerance and 'turning the different cheek', via fact of this a great sort of christians have in certainty been enticing in finished-on hypocrisy for approximately the previous 1600 years.

not really.. there are far too many people who dont believe in jesus. Most people now a days see it as an old story with no truth and that only truly crazy people could believe that a man could be cruxified, died, buried and then came back to life. sometimes i agree with some atheist beliefs.. only because there are far too many things that happened long ago during jesus's age that were unexplainable during that time. for example mental illness. not saying jesus or anyone was mentally ill.
ANYHOW. it would be the biggest hoax in history ONLY if every one believed it to be true.

What I find most amusing is the atheist duality in this matter. They assert that absence of evidence means that God does not exist. While with respect to Christ they assert the lack of evidence for the Jesus story being a hoax not as evidence there was not a hoax but as evidence that that Christians got rid of all the evidence.

The real god has made a universe governed by scientifical laws. Anything that can't be explained it's a fkin joke. The idea that God the only perfect thing in Universe have sent his child on earth to be killed for our sins it's so stupid that defy the inteligence GOD gaved to the mankind. Shame!

It wasn't necessarily a hoax, I would compare it more to a legend. People believed in the legend of Hercules, but not because Hercules was a con man who built and battled fake monsters.

There is not one single mention of Jesus in the entire Roman record - that is right - not one! At the same time as he was supposed to have been around there were a number of Jews claiming to be the messiah - all of whom are well recorded!
There is not a single contemporary record from any source and even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his supposed death!
He was supposed to have been a huge problem to the Romans and produced wonderful miracles but still not one contemporary record?
Even the bible mentions of him like all other references were not written until many years after his supposed death!
Pilate is recorded in the Roman record as a somewhat lack luster man but no mention of a Jesus, a trial or crucifixion that would surely have been used to make him look brighter!
At best he was an amalgam of those others but almost certainly never existed!
Please realize that those claims for the Old historians are worthless since they were not even born until long after everyone in the stories would have been so long dead!
Josephus AD 37 – AD 100
Tacitus AD 56 – AD 120
Suetonius - 69 – 130 AD
Pliny the Younger, 61 AD – 112 AD
Justin Martyr (Saint Justin) AD103–165 AD
Lucian - AD 120 -180 AD but he was hostile to Christianity and openly mocked it.
Pamphilius AD 240-309 AD
Eusebius AD 263 – 339 AD
Photius AD 877 – 886 AD
Thallus - But there are no actual record of him except a fragment of writing which mentions the sack of Troy [109 BC] Showing that he was clearly not alive in biblical times.
Some even try to use Seneca. 4 BCE – 65 CE but as a Stoic Philosopher he opposed religion yet made not a single mention of a Jesus or Christianity!
Even funnier is trying to claim Celsus AD ? – 177 AD Who said that Jesus was a Jew who’se mother was a poor Jewish girl whose husband, who was a carpenter, drove her away because of her adultery with a Roman soldier named Panthera. She gave birth to an illegitimate child named Jesus. In Egypt, Jesus became learned in sorcery and upon his return presented himself as a god.

Jesus is the most popular person of all time. He was holy, sinless, loving, forgiving, healing, merciful, humble, a servant, a teacher, full of wisdom, amazing to listen to and watch, he didn't challenge his enemies when they accused him, he asked that God forgive those who crucified him., he even saved the murderer on the cross next to him. He suffered and died for us and was resurrected. His saving faith and church spread across the whole globe. His popularity hasn't waned in 2000 years.
He is no hoax, he was is and will always be the Lord and Savior of this world. Evidence of Him is everywhere if you open your eyes, heart, mind and soul. Give him thanks and praise and great glory!!!

H.P. Lovecraft would likely argue that the greatest hoax is humanity tricking itself into believing it is important.
