Guide us in the straight path - The Opening?

33:21 Truly, in the messenger of the God, you have a good example for him who looks to God and the last day, and remembers God much

4:80 He who obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah ; but those who turn away - We have not sent you over them as a guardian.

3:32 Say, "Obey Allah and the Messenger." But if they turn away - then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers.

the Straight path means Quran and Sunnah! we can only follow Muhammad(saw) properly through the documented hadiths!!

The 'straight path' undoubtedly is 'Islam'.

And the little segregation is not due to the human interpretations of the Quran and Sunnah, but due to a few not 'submitting one self to the Quran and Sunnah', and turning 'rebellious'.

It is actually a 'blessing in disguise'for the 'Sunni's. Because if not for the 'few' (Shias) who are rebellious, the most wouldn't have known what it is meant to be a 'Sunni' .

Salam The straight path means the way which is in line with the Qur'an and hadith which is blessed by Allah It means also the straight and very small bridge on the day of judgement which should be passed the people who are being judged If we do not fall we will go to heaven and if we fall we will go to hell.

The only religion acceptable in the sight of Allah (SWT) is 'Islam'. So, you'll be following the straight path if you follow Allah's words-the Holy Quran and our beloved prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) hadith.

The thing is many people misinteprate Quran and Hadith. So you need to be careful and not trust everyone when you want Quran and Hadith to be interprated. You should go to someone who gives authentic reference and doesn't quote from the Quran and Hadith out of context.
