Pottermore Swelling Solution?
Okay, I've finally managed to make it, but when I go back to the chapter, it just tells me to brew the potion... so how do I use the one I've already made to get into Snape's office?

Don't go back to the Swelling Solution chapter. Instead, go to Book 2, Chapter 5, Moment 3 "Snape's Office". The door in there should now be open, so if you zoom to layer three you can get Bicorn Horn and Boomslang Skin to brew Polyjuice with.
