How to lose 50 lbs in 2 weeks?

I'm meeting my long distance boyfriend in person for the first time in 2 weeks. I want to look good for him. I want to lose 50 lbs in 2 weeks. Any tips or crash diet ideas. Anything that will help. I weigh 145 now and I want to be down to atleast 90-100 lbs or even lighter.

Update:

I'm 16 and only 4'11 tall.

It is medically impossible to lose that much weight in only two weeks! To help you lose weight, try to cut down on eating a little bit. But never go under 1200 calories per day, because that is unhealthy and will cause you more health issues. Exercise often! If you do step aerobics, you can burn 700 calories in an hour! Exercise often, and eat less, but don't starve yourself!!❤

Also, you want to lose 90 pounds? You would weigh 55!! Don't lose that much, because that is not healthy at all. Get to your healthy weight and stop there!

Good Luck with your weight loss! Hope I helped!!❤

YOU CANT LOSE FIFTY POUNDS IN TWO WEEKS SO DONT TRY !!!!! its EXTREMELY bad for your body and super unhealthy. if he's your boyfriend then he should accept you. and you shouldnt be trying to impress him. also, crash diets dont work and arent healthy; plus, you'll just gain all the weight back. its unhealthy to lose more than 3 pounds a week. so sorry, cant help you there. and people may advise you what to do to lose weight fast, but there is only one tried and true way to lose weight, and healthily; eat eally healthy, not processed and exercise more. just not strenuously, your heart cant take that. also, eat a good amount; dont eat very little, because the weight you lose from that will all be gained back. so please dont try; its really not possible and super unhealthy to even want to lose that much weight in such short time.

You can't lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks by yourself however you can do lots of cardio and eat healthily to reduce your fat cells. If this is something that you want then I suggest you get started. Make reasonable goals please.

If you want a fad diet then try the 3-day military diet.

Idk I would figure it out if I were you . Because your common sense and self respect are not going to get you far. Cancel your date or come clean with him. The only way you would be doing this to yourself is because you lied or mislead him. If he loves you, he won't care. And 145 is still great! Curves miss. Not many girls look good that skinny. You won't look like those perfect models, everyone sees that as glam, but when normal people get that small, they look like little boys

unless your under 5 feet, thats going to just make you look starving.

The proper way to lose weight is to eat right and eat small. Dont eat till your full, eat until your not hungry.

    Drink LOTS of water,

Try a short fast. A fast is where you do not eat at all, just drink water and juices. Beware of doing it without help, or losing control of the fast. you may think you have more energy than you do and then just collapse and die,

Note: Prayer can go a long way.

Do you wanna die? cutting that much weight would leave in starvation or extreme excercise.
