I'm trying to lose 50 pounds before October, December at the latest. I'm thinking about just doing a starvation diet, I have diabetes to so is that a good diet plan or are there any other diet plans.

I'm 16 yrs old, 4'11, 145 lbs. I'd like to get down to at least 90 - 100.

I was diagnosed with type 2 back in 2006. I was placed on an insulin plan. Thing is I've never eve taken one dosage of insulin since. Every time I go to the dr they tell me I'll die or be in a coma or loose and arm, NOT be able to have kids.

I just want to know why is it important to take it. Will it affect me having kids? Will I loose and arm? Will I die fro it? Will I go in to a coma?
