It's a chain of gas stations called Buc-ee's
They have locations throughout Texas and some super stations with 64 to 128 gas pumps!
i don't think they have any near Dallas though

I love Buc-ee's! Best gas station/road stop ever! They have great restrooms, smoked sausage, kolaches and candied pecans.
As the other guy said, not in Pantego or Dallas, yet. If you are from North Texas, closest one to you might be Madisonville.
Good news is there will be one in Terrell by the end of the year.
