Stepped on Steal nail and it in foot?
My sister stepped on a steal nail and its in her foot. Does she need surgery if so how long will she be in the hospital?

1. she needs a tetanus shot ASAP if she hasn't gotten one
2. you should probably go to an urgent care clinic to get it removed...
3. she probably won't need surgery, they will mostlikely just numb the area and pull it out.
