what could be going on with me?

Yesterday I got really light headed, dizzy, sweating, hot, nausea, and felt like I was going to pass out. What could this mean. I also have type 2 that is not managed could this be why.

    See a doctor, diabetes is nothing to be played with, my bf has it and I'm constantly worrying (he has type 1)

    may be diabetes caused light headed ,you can see a doctor
