How much exercise to lose 20 lbs by july 25th?

So i just had a baby in january and so far i have lost 22 lbs by breastfeeding and exercising.

I want to know what routine would be best to tighten up any loose skin as well.

I havent started any continuous cardio so i am highly interested in that as well as ab and butt exercises.

My goal is too be close to twenty lbs lighter or be able to fit in a size 3 by july. Im currently 5' 3" and 148 lbs.

    You do realize, don't you, that lots of exercise builds muscle, and that muscle weighs more than fat does...

    You lose weight through moderate exercise, and healthy eating.
