Where does she like to go??? If she doesn't want to sit IN a cafe' then what about sitting outside the cafe' or elsewhere...a park bench or blanket on the beach???
What type of environment (outside of her desk at work) does she prefer to be in when she eats her meals???

You could always have a picnic lunch and go to a park. Ask her what she would like to do for lunch instead of going to a cafe.
