How to change plan on Verizon Wireless?
It's time for an upgrade. My mom and I are both getting the Galaxy S4. Right now we are using basic phones with 700 shared minutes and 250 texts for only my phone. I've been trying to order the new phones online, but whenever I try, it doesn't allow me to change my plan to the new unlimited plan with shareable data. I've tried on Bestbuy.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Costco.com. Did anyone else encounter this problem? If I can not figure it out by next Saturday, I'm just going to buy the phones in the store.

I would recommend either using the chat function on the Verizon website or calling customer service. You might also be able to change your plan at an authorized retailer like Best Buy and some Wal-Marts and maybe Costco.
Once you change the plan, you should be able to buy the phones wherever you want to. If you contact Amazon's customer service they might be able to help you as well.
