Prom is coming up (June 6). I may have procrastinated what I'd wear. I didn't like anything at the local rental place and buying a new tux is out of my budget. But lucky for me I have a suit! How should I wear my suit? Vest or no vest? bow tie or tie? would i look stupid with a cummerbund? Any suggestions???

I have a Sony Vaio VPCEB15FM and a Pioneer VSX-523K. I am trying to connect my laptop to the receiver using HDMI, but it is not working. I also have a Denon 3311-CI in my living room that works flawlessly with the Vaio. But for some reason this Pioneer isn't working with the Vaio. My mom's Dell Inspiron laptop works fine with the Pioneer though.

Any thoughts???

So I have 5 Mirage Omni-Sat bookshelf speakers and Mirage Omni S-8 (connected to a Denon AVR-3311 Cl) mounted in four corners and one under the tv of my room. I think its time for me to get a legitimate center speaker. I was going to buy a Mirage Os3-Cc, but apparently they went out of business and the only speakers I can find are used.

So whats my next best bet?

I am looking at a Jamo C-35 or a Jamo A 3 CEN.4 Center Speaker.

I've been told that I should I only use omnipolar speakers in my set up to get the best sound possible.

What are you opinions on that?

So I am applying to Pennsylvania State University - University Park. I noticed for a lot of colleges that you can still get in state tuition if a parent is employed in that state and pays that states income taxes. My dad has worked in King of Prussia, PA for the past 5 years. Will this allow me to qualify for in-state tuition?

So a local SAT tutor wants to hire me as a temporary employee because his math assistant will be going on vacation for a whole month. I'm looking at about $200 per week or $10 per hour. So about $800 by the time I'm done. I've heard that if I make over $400 I have to report it to the IRS.

BTW, I'm 17 and still in high school.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S4. I also have an after school club that people need to sign up for my emails. So my question is there a function or app on the GS4 that will keep the phone locked into the Chrome or Internet app. By locked I mean, they don't have access to my phone other then the webpage already loaded.

I'm looking at the differences between the LE and the XLE. XLE has more stuff for only $1000 more, a price which I can afford. But the main difference that stuck out to me is that the XLE gets 2 mpg less than the LE. What can account for this difference?

I need to ship a camera to a friend of mine in IN (I'm in NJ). I've come to the conclusion that a Flat Rate Box is the cheapest options. I looked online to order a box, but they come in sets of 10 or 25. I only require one box. So can I just walk into the post office and take one box, or do I need to buy the stamp immediately? (I prefer to just pay for postage online and get the box at the office)

Is it true that the postage is cheaper online than in the office?

2007 BMW 328i $12879 84k mi

2012 Nissan Altima 2.5S (CPO) $13995 34k mi

So I am pretty torn between these 3 cars. In my opinion the BMW is a steal, but cost of maintenance is bound to be high. The Mustang is also a great value, but it is a Ford, so I question reliability. The Nissan is the newest, has the least miles, but is the most expensive, but will cost less to maintain.

Which car would you chose? Please provide pros/cons of each car.

Is it normal for dealers to be selling the BMW and Mustang for that low of a price? The cars are at Bell Audi in NJ which usually has the lowest price on all their pre-owned cars.

It's time for an upgrade. My mom and I are both getting the Galaxy S4. Right now we are using basic phones with 700 shared minutes and 250 texts for only my phone. I've been trying to order the new phones online, but whenever I try, it doesn't allow me to change my plan to the new unlimited plan with shareable data. I've tried on Bestbuy.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Costco.com. Did anyone else encounter this problem? If I can not figure it out by next Saturday, I'm just going to buy the phones in the store.

It's time for me to get an upgrade from Verizon. The One is coming out later this year for Verizon, the S4 is already out. Which one should I get? I'm really looking for the most features for the cheapest price. But, build quality is still very important. I like the One's aluminum finish, but I've heard that HTC's quality is too great. Whereas, the S4 has the plastic back, but is supposedly really good quality.

How do their in-box headphones compare? Battery life? Overall performance (I'm not really a gamer, but I'd like to have multi-tasking abilities)? Sense 5 or Touchwiz? How much memory is left over after the OS and system files are loaded on?

I have an '06 Civic in Atomic Blue Metallic. I have some nicks in the paint and I don't really like the color anymore. I was thinking of getting repainted in a glossy gray. I have PC with dual partition. One has Windows 7 Home and Office x64 and Windows 8 Pro x64. Whenever I start an OS the time is always wrong. For example, if I use Win 7 today until 7:00. Then I restart and open with Win 8. And then I shut down at 10:00. The next day when I open Win 7 at like 3:00, the time says 7:00. So essentially my time will be the time I shut down the last time I used the OS. I have this problem with both OS's.

I got a call from College Prowler today for an SAT cd guide. My dad was on the phone with them, and he bought it. I looked on their website for this, but they don't have anything about it. Now I think its a scam, is there anyone else who got this call and made a successful purchase?

I am a novice, so please try to use the simplest terminology possible. I have issues with both my derailleurs on my K2 Zed Sport.

The rear dérailleur is not line up with the number on the shifter. If I twist it to 1, the derailleur is in 2. So each gear is off by 1. Aside from that it shifts crisply. So how do I adjust it?

My front derailleur does not allow me to shift to 1 with my shifters. And it goes up into 3 before the shifter is at 3. Whenever I need to go up a steep hill I move the the chain into 1 with my hand, is that okay or bad?

I was told both these can be fixed with the barrel adjuster, but I wasn't sure. I thought there was an adjuster at the shifter and at the derailleur, so which one am I supposed to do.

I also don't have those fancy bike repair stands, is there anything I can put together with household items to mount the bike up?

I am in charge of my high school's Psychology club. For the school year of 2012-2013 I am interested in taking our club on a field trip. We would prefer some sort of museum or a interactive place. Asylums or places where students are currently being treated are out of the question. These raise confidentiality issues due to the fact that some students might be treated there. I need to a confirmed destination by the end of September 2012 so I can get it approved by the board of education. We need to be within eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and southern New York. The ideal city would be New York City. Time is also constrained for us. We would be able to leave from our school by 8:00 and must return by 2:00 the same day. If needed we can go till 2:30 at the latest.
