How can a Muslim wife possibly be Ungrateful to her husband?

A lot of muslim men are ungrateful to their wives, and even end up beating her (which is haram)

A lot of women will be in hell because there are more women on Earth than men and there will be a broad increase in female population in future. That could explain the high numbers in hell.

A lot of men will be burning for more severe things than being ungrateful, in hell e.g. you see men do worse stuff than women, even in the present era. I wouldn't say this if it weren't true.

So even if those sinful women burn for ingratitude, sinful men will burn for worse things and they'll be in there longer .

~I for one would never dream to be ungrateful to any person, if they do any good thing for me. However, I do expect gratitude back when I do something good for that person too. If they're not grateful, they can answer to Allah, but I will always be grateful

~Allah is Just and He is aware of all injustices and all sins.

~Btw wife beating is haram in Islam.

Define Ungrateful

The explination of the ungrateful is in the same hadeeth and was explained by our prophet prayers and peace be upon him. Our prophet prayers and peace be upon him explained that the woman would be ungrateful to her husband by if he is good with her all the time and then he made a mistake she will till him, you never did something good for me. I saw it many times may Allah guide us.

In so many Muslim countries, men are abusive. Do they get punished for being this way towards the wife?

Well get punished like the woman if he did the same thing.

Hell is not a real place. It is a fictional place. It doesn't exist. No one is going there. Christianity and Islam have both used the fear of hell as a way of controlling their followers. These were solutions for very ancient times, when people were more superstitious, and largely uneducated. We know better than that today.

No man should be abusive towards his wife, in any way, either verbally, physically, sexually, financially, emotionally, spiritually etc. The law of the land says that a husband should not abuse his wife.

This is one of the problems with islam. Although your Koran says that a husband must treat his wife well, a great many of them don't. And in many muslim countries, women have few rights in law, so they go unpunished.

i agree with strawberry. there are more women on earth. and i agree that a womsn is ungrateful to her husband.. why? because women these days are the men and women! she works inside and outside the house.. raises the children.. and then her husband does not pay her any attention. men are no men anymore today. they dont have any responsibility.. a woman does 7 times more the job. and above all.. she has to look pretty. hmmm i agree to most women who are ungrateful :-)

A Muslim wife is ungrateful to her husband if she did not thank her husband and he gave money to her such as his monthly salary because his salary is not enough for daily cost of living while her husband works hard. Really based on hadith most women will go to hell because they do not be grateful to their husbands and they often make gossips and telling others bad deeds( ghibah) Husbands will to hell too if they made abusive actions to their wives or neglected them.

No, most people in hell are women and their are many reasons for that will first of all women are increasing more then men so their is your high amount second it's refer to women who sleep with other men,who sell their body,those that backbite,those that treat their loved one's unfairly it is referring to women like this and to be honest if you look around we see a lot of women like this. Anyways why are you upset it's mostly non-believing women who are in hell I mean well they shouldn't be acting like you go to the western countries and the way women act you'll know why they would be thrown into hell. Yes muslim men who abusive their wife gets punished Islam is about equality these men would be thrown into hell.

Any husband who do mistreat his wife will be punished. Who says no?

Best way to deal with it, convert. Everyone is punished and redeemed the same in the New Testament.

As a muslim female you should know you are property in Islam. Not obeying your master could be seen as ungrateful.
