For couples who have an open marriage?

Do you still desire to share intimacy with your partner ( ie cuddling, kissing....) For me, I think that stuff is eliminated after the marriage is open.

My husband and I have a somewhat open marriage. And yes, my husband and I still cuddle, kiss, and have very intimate time together. Our open marriage is kind of like throwing gas on the intimate fire. We burn hotter than ever before.

Been in an open marriage for more than 33 years now and with my other partner for 12+ years. Both are just as loving and committed as any closed marriage/monogamous relationship. And no, all the signs of affection do not diminish. And yes I still desire to share intimacy with my original partner.

I could still love my wife in an open marriage and want to cuddle and kiss. Guys have an easier time differentiating between love and sex. Women have a problem with that though. My wife would never go for it anyways so it will never happen for me.

Why would affection change in any way - if you cannot remain and take care of the first partners needs and desires then you have no business with any other lovers. Those few couples that do this do so to enhance their relationship not replace it
