Yes it works but not the best among the free ones. Also, it doesn't remove unwanted toolbars and search engines. You need to remove them using other means.
For Babylon, there are two major steps that you need to do to completely remove that potentially unwanted program (PUP) called Babylon toolbar and search engine.
First is by uninstalling it from the Program Files (through the Control Panel or by using an uninstaller program, of course). The second is by undoing the changes made to your browsers. Follow these steps:
1. Click on Start ► Control Panel ► Uninstall a program. Find the Babylon Toolbar, and the Babylon Search (or whatever name it is using right now) from the list and uninstall them. You can also use a more efficient uninstaller like the free Revo Uninstaller in advanced mode to do it:

2. Next, remove it from your browsers.
a. For Firefox: Open Firefox. Go to Add-ons tab and delete the 3 Babylon extensions. Close the Add-ons tab and click on the pull-down arrow inside the search box. Select Manage search engines and delete the search engine that Babylon added.
b. For IE: To verify if it is still in IE, click on Start ► Control Panel ► Network and Internet ► Internet Options ► Programs ► Manage Add-ons. Remove the Babylon from the Toolbars and Extension, Search Providers and Accelerators.
c. For Google Chrome: Sign up to your Google Chrome account to back up your bookmarks and saved passwords online. Exit Google Chrome and open Windows Explorer.
c.1. If you have Windows XP, in the Address box, type the following and press enter:
%USERPROFILE% \ Local Settings \ Application Data \ Google \ Chrome \ Application
Remove the SPACEs before and after the "\". I only inserted them there because Y!A cuts off long words here.
You can also go to C: ► Documents and Settings ► YourUserName ► Local Settings ► Application Data ► Google ► Chrome ► Application
Delete the zero byte file named "First Run".
c.2. If you have Windows Vista or 7, in the Address box, type the following and press enter:
%LOCALAPPDATA% \ Google \ Chrome \ Application
Remove the SPACEs before and after the "\". I only inserted them there because Y!A cuts off long words here.
You can also go to C: ► Users ► YourUserName ► AppData ► Local ► Google ► Chrome ► Application
Delete the zero byte file named "First Run".
If that still didn't fix it, do a full uninstall of Google Chrome in advanced mode using Revo Uninstaller in advanced mode, and then reinstall the latest version of Google Chrome:

For that MySearchdial and Delta malware, resetting the browsers might fix it but there may be other things you need to do with the Windows Registry. Look for unfamiliar programs installed in the Control Panel also.

others are used because people who don't know much about computers (my girlfriend) are willing to pay for something because they bleieve it will work better than a free program. it's all about the money. there are more free antivirus programs out there that do better then ones you have to pay for. i use microsoft security essentials and avira. my girl friend paid for norton on hers. big mistake on her part.
