Buddha did once try to talk to Jesus but couldn't get through as the network was busy.

Buddha lived about 500 years before Christ, so they never met; at least not in a physical sense.
Seeing as Jesus wasn't even born yet, I'm reasonably sure that Buddha never claimed to hate Jesus, or anyone else, for that matter.
If they did meet, I'm absolutely certain they would have been the best of friends. There is really little or no difference in their messages.

The Buddha would have no reason to hate Jesus.
The Buddha was a teacher who recognized that mental pain is caused by attachment to worldly things, which is not that different from what Jesus preached. He also made no claim to be a god. He just told others of what he thought and a philosophy grew around it.

Well, Buddha (557-477 B.C.) taught that salvation came only through the EXTINCTION of the human soul. Strictly speaking, he even denied that there was such a thing as a soul. He believed only in a succession of rebirths. Each existence depended on a previous existence just as one lamp is lighted from another. To terminate this cycle Buddha offered his famous eight-fold path. Those that followed this program would extinguish their desire for life and enter into Nirvana, a word which means literally, “blowing out the light.”
Jesus said I am the light of the world. John 9:5 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28

people do no longer hate Jesus *sigh* They hate what people do in his call, like say manage non-Christians like **** reason they suspect that any one who does not have confidence in Jesus must be a Satanist (it particularly is not biblical, by making use of the way). And the "no person has a project with jews, muslims, hindus or buddhists" is definitely BS. I certainly have considered a great sort of persons talk against jews (and the bible).... a great sort of persons have a project with muslims.... muslims combat with hindus all of the time.... the only i've got considered in that record that maximum ppl don't have a project with is Buddha. yet then, Buddha does not say "kill all and sundry who does not have confidence in me" he additionally does not say "i admire you, yet once you do unlike me, that is torment in hell for eternity for you!" If any of the different gods yet Jesus made such threats and that gods followers taken care of you and all different Non's like crap considering which you do no longer bow all the way down to it........ have confidence me, you will possibly have a project with that faith too.

Every time I saw them, they were kind of hanging out having a couple of brews. The only time I saw Buddha pissed is when Jesus tries cheating at pool and they had to be seperated.

The Buddha hated/loved Jesus EXACTLY AS MUCH as Santa Claus hates/loves the Easter bunny.

A major part of the Buddha's central beliefs was the exclusion of all hate, so no.
Source(s): Andrew H also makes a good point that the Buddha lived before Jesus was even born. If the Buddha had lived after jesus was born, he would not hate Jesus. If he did, he would no longer truly be the Buddha, but a different being in entirety.
