i think that a commencement present would desire to take delivery of or sent the two shortly earlier commencement or shortly after. although, i does not carry a present to the commencement ceremony itself. often by way of fact the recipient can not be in a good place for coping with presents on the time. what's he/she meant to do with them? carry them around? carry them throughout the time of the ceremony? Run out to the motor vehicle each and every 10 minutes to place a present away? See what I advise?
