i wonder if the three strikes law?
applies to DWI's too? how exactly does the the three strikes law work? is it 3 felonies of the same kind and they could invoke the 3 strike thing and go for habitual offender and put you away for life? and is it only for federal crimes or does it vary state to state? thanks. jim (BTW, i don't have a dwi pending. im just curious.)
