Someone changed my security question so now I can't access my email. What do I do?

Before lodging complaint please make sure:

1- Your device (must be from recognized brand) or machine is perfect order, along with operating system. Old and sub standard devices/machines give weird errors.

2- Your ISP is working at proper Kbps/Mbps as per Yahoo Specification.

3- Provide additional details, about error etc, so it is easy to pin point your problem e.g. Operating System, your Device/Machine browser etc.

7- Don’t leave your device/machine logged on in public places or at work, always log out.

8- BEWARE of such Mail e.g. change your options, reset password, web becon or similar mails, OR your current credit balance vide a/c no 1-22-333 (hacks away your personal data) common in mobile devices, don’t click on it just mark as spam, Yahoo will take care of it. I had doubts that it can be hacker.

9- In fact mark spam to all types of notifications concerning your username or ID/credits etc.
