Nothing has been said, you can follow Ken levine (creative director for BioShock 1 and Infinite) on twitter, he post some stuff their that may refer to any signs of DLC.
But as of right now, nobody knows.
here's an article showcasing some of Levine's Tweets about the DLC, safe to say that he's annoyed by all the questions! We gamers just have very little patience
