Can wall decals be removed and reused? If so, how? Does it have to be a certain brand or wall?

I found an amazing legend of zelda decal on whatisblik.com and I want to put it on my wall but i am moving out in about a year and want to take it with me. Any help with this would be very appreciated.

I recently got a new router when i got Fios. I tried setting up my wi-fi on my DS. I tapped "Search for an access point" and when i tap on my router's name, it says "The access point's security settings are not supported by the nintendo DS. For help, please visit support.nintendo.com"

I went to the website and didn't have a clue what to do or where to go and none of the information i found helped me.

Can someone please help me solve this problem?

I found some things that i have been wanting on the iTunes store but i do not have a credit card registered with my account. If i were to buy an iTunes gift card, would that work in lieu of the credit card requirement?

Also, the apps that i want to get are for the iPhone. Would buying an app with the gift card affect the plan with the phone in any way?

On YGOPro, the automatic yugioh simulator, I was able to use Spellbook of the master on the Spellbook Library of Crescent even though it says "If you you have no spellbooks in the grave"

My brother installed delta onto my computer(windows 8) and ever since I've been getting nonstop ads and whenever I go to Internet Explorer, instead of the normal browser it goes to some random Delta Search thing. When I look at the back of the box for add on content it says there is a pack called "Plasmids Pack" but when I put the disk in and look at the add on everything but the plasmids pack is there. Is it not supposed to be in the home menu? Do I get it as I play the game? What is the plasmids pack exactly. I have no idea what it is and I can't find it if it exists.
