The reason as to why Rich got fired from American Jewelry is because he had let a woman walk away without making any sale. At that time Les was also on a Power Trip.

The most recent season of "Hardcore Pawn" does not show Rich anymore. His Facebook site heading is RIch from Hardcore Pawn, so I don't understand what exactly is going on.

Rich was great on Hardcore Pawn! He worked for asshole Les Gold and had to take a lot of crap from Ashley Broad and Seth Gold, the children of Les! I am of the opinion that Ashley and Seth should of both been fired and Rich should of been put in charge! He earned the eight after 25 years of dedicated service!

I just stumbled across the real answer for this question. Everyone on here is wrong not sure of the reason but he moved to California and is on a new show that started tonight called meltdown on Natgeo. Where they buy precious metals and scrap them out. Just happened to record the show and seen rich was on it when I started watching. So googled him for an answer and found this question.

He probably didn't call someone an asshole and have the bodyguards remove them. Rich was the smartest, most knowledgeable people in that store. He's lucky he got out when he did. He should have been eligible for a hefty retirement package.

If he hasn't quit he should run as fast as he can to get away from the gold gang.Ashley and SETH both are spoiled brats and if LES leaves them the store they will bankrupt in six months.

Rich was fired and hired back. If he was smart, he would have quit and went to work for a competitor. The Golds are stupid. They act like teenagers who were never taught how to get along with anyone, including their customers.
