Pulling my left ear causes pain?

Pulling my left ear downwards direction/downwards rear direction causes pain around the ear area.

I feel like some nerve or vein is gettting pulled or something.

If i do the same thing with right ear, there's no pain or anything.

What can this be :S

Any exercises?

    Wait, did u ask "Any EXERCISES"?! What, like ear curls, lobe squats, and canal lunges?
