Can i legally sell firearms that i make myself?

You can make a gun in any manner you choose for yourself...but the ATF frowns on selling these weapons without a manufacturers license.

Sure, as long as you have a Firearms Manufacturing License. How do you think companies and others do it? Otherwise, you can not transfer any firearms that you manufacture.

Make from scratch? Buy parts and put them together yourself? Need a bit more information on how you're going to "make" these firearms.

I buy used guns and rebuild them and then sell or trade them off legally. I buy Mauser rifles and work on them, I then sell or trade them off legally.

no, you need an FFL(federal firearms license), and a FML(firearms manufactures license).

You'd need the appropriate FFL to do that, and I don't think you're going to be able to afford it.
