advice on this whole situation?

Ok I have posted on here before about the situation with my pregnant ex girlfriend. Just for those who don't know we broke up a month ago im 26 she is 25 we never had problems before the pregnanc but any problems arouse were after she was pregnant. She will be 18 weeks this saturday and yesterday was the first day we saw each other since the break up. During this break up she has said she didn't feel the forever feeling with me but has gotten jealous a few times because she has known about a few girls wanting to get with me which I told her about when she talked to me but with how she reacted when she saw that these girls were interested in me threw me way off because she is the one that broke up with me and stated she doesn't care but then gets jealous. I have also told her I wanted to hang out again to build back up some type of relationship because we both don't know if this is the pregnancy or more. But she hung with me yesterday and I asked her about other times and she said she doesn't know because its weird since we broke up and she doesn't want me to get false hope of us being back together if this ends up being her true feelings and not the pregnancy anyone have a take on this. And whats the deal with her getting jealous about these girls interested in me when she is the one that dumped me
