The Cumberland Fair Association 1938?
I have a season complimentary ticket for the fair August 9th to August 20th. grand stand ticket. No 33789 in near new condition. What would be the value of such a ticket today? Has a horse on the ticket.

I presume you are talking about the Cumberland County Fair in New Jersey. Unfortunately this is very much of a local event and there is no collectors' market for such memorabilia. Perhaps you find a local history buff who would like to treasure this ticket and you might try eBay, but don't get your hopes up too high and don't expect the price to be more than $2-$5. Consider donating it to a local history group or the Cumberland County Fair itself.
