Is Nu Finish car wax safe to use on vinyl decals?

I have recently acquired a used 2002 Chevrolet S10 Xtreme. It needs waxed, bad, and I was wondering if Nu Finish would put a white film on the silver stripes, like it does on plastic. I like Nu Finish because it applies and takes off easy and looks real nice, but I want to use a wax that doesn't ruin the vinyl. Any suggestions?

most any kind of car wax or polish does not work on stickers or much of anything else but paint. you just have to be careful around the stickers and do what you need to do. I have used un finish a number of times it takes a small layer of paint off when you wax the car. its not going to help decals don't use it on them
