How do I improve muscle building effectiveness?

Based off of the general idea that to build muscle, you must tear it in order to have buildup. I have two questions: is there a way to reduce the inter-workout pain that you experience(like a legal drug or supplement); is there a way to temporarily weaken muscles so that they tear easier?

    Pain is the spine of bodybuilding. Do not take DRUGS. Get Whey protein, because of its not a drug. Only protein. Start your workout with simple weight and increase it when you can. Do not think in deep about this. I think you should get a help from your Doctor or your Instructor. Really you should have an Instructor.
