Yes. There is "hard" water and "soft" water. Hard water has many different minerals in it and tends to make your hair frizzier, while soft water tends to be purer and make your hair softer. Also , hard water makes more suds, so if you shampoo gets really bubble in the shower its actually a bad thing. xx

i think so, because when you go to the beach your hair feels different, when you play in the rain your hair also feels different and when you're in the shower it also feels different.
