When I eat healthy, I am still hungry after meals sometimes?

Recently, I have been on a strict diet eliminating lots of foods from my diet. Sometimes about 30 mins-1 hr after I eat, I start to feel hungry again whilst when I eat things such as spaghetti for instance I will be full. Why is this?

Many foods are addictive in a clinical sense. Most often these are foods that are high in oil, fat, sugar, salt, refined grains, and food additives like MSG and aspartame. There are also unhealthy foods that can be allergenic and can be difficult to kick including dairy, corn, nuts, wheat, caffeine, tomato, citrus fruit, meat, and eggs.

A Whole Food, Plant Based (WFPB) diet is the healthiest way to eat. It takes at least 3 days to get over food addictions. Initially, you will experience withdrawal symptoms. After that you will feel better than you have in years.
