Civil War With North Korea?

I think that guy on youtube is ignorant. There different types of war: hegemonic war, total war, limited war, conventional war, unconventional war/guerrilla warfare, cold war, and civil war. That being said, a civil war is a conflict/dispute between the sovereign citizens of one country. North Korea and the United States cannot have a "civil war". We might have a cold war, which means we are bickering with each other, but we are surly not in any civil war.

In the 1950's the communist Nth Korea invaded the democratic South Korea and because America hates communism and believed in the domino effect they went and helped South Korea fight against North Korea. Unfortunately they ended up with the same territory they had in the first place and because the fact that America is in South Korea, North Korea won't dare attack South Korea

We have troops over there

And it has been mentioned on the news with no details
