Can i use demerara sugar instead of caster sugar? Answer ASAP!?
I don't have any caster sugar for pancake recipe and I can't go get some but could I use demerara sugar or caster sugar?

Demerara sugar crystals are a lot larger than caster, so it depends exactly what you want to use it for. To blend into the pancake mix, Demerara will be ok, but if you want to sprinkle it on the finished pancakes (probably not lol), it won't work.

No, you can try granulated sugar, or brown, demerara sugar for a different taste.
