If you are going to marry foreigner women, then no need of local ID proof for her..
You may hire lawyer..
It is obviously possible..
Because illegally arranging ID proof may cause problems to her in future..

the foreigner in india shoufld registered his stay with local police and that registration certificate issued by police should valid as local proof
