What certificate program would you do if you had $4500 toward any certificate?
I may be separating from the military in the next several months. Presently I have not used a benefit which amounts to $4500 for any certificate program. I find myself in a use or lose situation with this benefit. I have no specific idea in mind but if I don't use it will just be a missed opportunity.
I've considered using it to get certified as a fitness trainer. However, that's only a $1,200 program and you don't get to keep the change so I am not sure if this is the most economical use.
I'm already working full time and going to school full time so whatever the certificate program is it needs to be something I can knock out quickly but something that could prove useful later on. Something that will look good on a resume that will help me get a job.
My future plans are to go back to school for a doctorate in Physical therapy so if we could make it applicable to that somehow that would be awesome.
All ideas are welcome. Thank you.
It sort of needs to be something I can knock out quickly. Over the weekend or online....did I mention I'm currently active duty and I'm currently taking full time classes? Nope...guess not. Anyway...I'm already going to school. This needs to be an on the side sort of thing that I can wrap up before I finish my enlistment.

Since your not exactly sure of what you want to do
and where to put your money for a short term, the
only option you have is just to put your money in the
bank for safekeeping.
When your life becomes a little more stable, think
about investing in the stock market using the Roth
IRA along with your investments.

if you are going to get into physical therapy, go into nursing
or massage therapy (but that one is not really too expensive)
