Is real-estate a certificate program?
I may be separating from the military in the next several months. Presently I have not used a benefit which amounts to $4500 for any certificate program. I find myself in a use or lose situation with this benefit. I have no specific idea in mind but if I don't use it will just be a missed opportunity.
I know a real-estate class lasts about 2 weeks. Is that a certificate program? If So, how much does it cost?
I knowledgeable insight only, please.
It sort of needs to be something I can knock out quickly. Over the weekend or online....did I mention I'm currently active duty and I'm currently taking full time classes? Nope...guess not. Anyway...I'm already going to school. This needs to be an on the side sort of thing that I can wrap up before I finish my enlistment. Once I'm out..this particular benefit is gone.

Yes, it is a certificate program. Look around a little though because there are a lot of online programs that will give you the certificate as well. Shop around a little for programs in your area there are usually a few different options.

It has been so long since went to that school that l have no idea what it cost today but it was very reasonable. Here is something you have to consider, After you take pass the school you can then sit for the Real Estate license test which usually you have to travel to a bigger city to take the test. l didn't take the test because l already had two state licenses already and did not want any more controls on me. Anyway Good luck in what ever you choose to do.

To become a realtor in most areas you only need 2 classes. There are junior colleges that will offer certificate programs and they are usually 1 or 2 years.
