Is 13 Too Late To Start Rhythmic Gymnastics?
I am 13 years old and have been doing dance since I was 3. I'm pretty flexible and good at turns, I have also been taking tumbling (floor gymnastics, no beam or anything) for 4 years and I've been working on back flexibility a lot lately. And when I start will I be in a younger group?

Rhythmic Gymnastics is basically levels 3-10. Each level has different groups inside it, according you your year of birth. The rankings change each year because different girls come into each level. The rankings are always something like this: Child A ****, Child A ****, Child B ****, Child B ****, Child C ****, Child C****, Junior A, Junior B, Senior. The two child __ ****, are the same in a grade. Juniors and seniors are the oldest. I know last year that Junior A Level 4 was 2001. So if you started rhythmic gymnastics, you would probably be placed in level 4 or 5, if you started Level 4, you'd probably be a senior, if you started level 5, you might be a Junior B. You might feel your with a bunch of younger kids, but they know the same amount as you.
