Doctor's or Med student answers only please?

Localised sharp parietal left side head pain, I have been experiencing these short lasting but almost debilitating head pains for some time now but just recently I am now being overcome with feelings of nausea, there is no flashing lights and doesn't seem like a migraine and the pain is always in the same place and I'm sure I could actually pinpoint it.

I do not get panic stricken so your candid ideas of what this could be and if i need to seek medical treatment would be most appreciated

You need to see a doctor. It could be a tumour or a vessel that has burst
