Alea in my water bottle? How on earth?

I bought a 6 pack of nestle pure life mandarin orange flavored water. So far, two of the bottles in this case have had green specks on the bottom of the inside of the UNOPENED bottles.

I assume these green specs are algea, but I have no idea how on earth algea could grow in a sealed bottle of water?

Anyone have any ideas?

If it is algae, it would have come from the water source.

Why would you assume its algae? Of all the green coloured things in the world I have no idea what would lead you to algae...
