Dream about my 8month old nephew?

So i recently had a dream about my 8 month old nephew. I do not really recall all the dream but the little I remember was that he could talk to me, and that I was the only one in the fam that understood and could hear him. Kind of like the Rugrats cartoons. No one believed me that he could speak (he still doesnt speak) and they just all thought I was craze. So what could this dream have meant? Thanks
