How many starving children did Jesus let die while He was helping out this tightrope guy?

I really bothers me to know that there are actual human beings out there who really believe that God has no problem letting millions of innocent children die of starvation every year, but he'll make darn sure some idiot doesn't fall off his tightrope.

According to this website, 18 people die each minute of starvation. The tightrope guy took 22 minutes to walk across the canyon. So, in that time, Jesus let 396 people die. But it was totally worth it for all the glory that guy gave to god during his walk, right!?!?!?

So, were you feeding the children, or were you watching your TV?

BTW: You might want to research the Wallenda family. They spend a lot of time in a variety of different ministries. Just maybe some child will be able to eat a meal that they would not have otherwise had because of the "idiot" on the tightrope.

Again, I ask, this time for a bit more detail, what you have done for starving children. Even one of them. Atheists are pretty bold in their desire to spend other peoples money. Let me spend a bit of yours. I would be happy to recommend some charities that you could support with a monthly donation.

Will you be giving up your next opportunity for going to a movie, a ball game, or other entertainment, and instead feed some starving children?

My guess is that you have no more concern for starving children, than you do for the Lord Jesus Christ, or the guy on the tightrope.

Do you have a clear understanding of how easy--or difficult--it would be to intervene to save a child from starving, vs. how easy--or or difficult--it would be to keep a person from losing his balance on a tightrope?

I certainly don't--but I do know that the more power anyone has, the less free you are to use it just any way you want. Check out "Star Trek: The Next Generation," where Q gives Commander Riker the power of Q: The more Riker tries to "make things right" (such as giving Geordi LaForge his sight), the worse he messes things up. In the end, Q makes his point--that Riker has absolutely no business criticizing Q for not "doing more" to make the world a better place. Take a hint.

Children must now not starve in US: just go to the catholic Shepherd Mission or Scott Mission, meal program and it can be good enough. So church would pay the mortgage and proceed to make use of it to worship Jesus.

Jesus is God and His wisdom is above ours. He took care of business while on earth. He went to the heart of the problem. His entire life He healed loved performed miracles for the benefit of man, but one time he got out His whip and used it. it was on the money lenders (bankers) and whipped them and drove them from the temple. they are causing children to starve, the wealthy elite, the small amt of men that own everything, the rothchilds, rockefellers from big banking families. they are harvesting the natural resources of these countries for their profit without regard for wat happens to the people of these countries who God gave these natural resources to trade nourish themselves and make a living and stand tall. Jesus whipped the money lenders and drove them out and we fail as we are in this same trap of the wealthy elite constatly consuming in america but not finding a way to get food over there. Jesus drove them out and then gave His life for us all. by pattiann

GOD put the food here for the human to plant, grow and feed ourselves. Don't blame GOD for the gross errors of the human beings not taking responsibility.

How many have you let die when you paid hundreds for the computer you're currently using instead of donating it to starving African children, hypocrite?

God didn't let anyone die. Us humans are the cause of children starving to death. If god existed, he would help. But he doesn't.
