Ok so I know that when you crave something it means your body is actually deprived of certain vitamins/nutrients. I was wondering what I need: I've been craving cold pizza, but not for the cheese or grease.. I pull the cheese off and wipe all the grease off...

    could be carbs. your body might also be tricking you. if you are used to eating that then when you go on a diet your body can think its deprived. try drinking some water or a cup of tea. hot things fill you up more
